Our meat cutter's primary responsibilities are cutting, packaging, wrapping and stocking beef, pork, chicken, lamb, veal and seafood products while engaging with our diverse guests in a personable and enthusiastic manner. In addition, they also set creative seafood and meat displays, prepare house made sausages, stock and rotate product properly, ensure inventory control and shrink, and maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
The bread mixer/baker's primary responsibilities include preparing hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads and baked goods as well as baking croissants, cookies, bagels and various bakery items. This will involve prepping produce and deli products for bakery items; mixing and scaling ingredients; benching dough; loading carts and racks with product; lifting and stacking flour; and operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. In addition, they will provide world-class service to our guests.
