Responsibilities

Our Chef de Cuisine's primary responsibilities are managing the back-of-house operations and supporting the rest of the kitchen management team. Daily duties include preparing and promoting our store's ready-to-eat foods while maintaining consistency in food quality; ensuring full stock levels in our deli cases; placing orders for product; and maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. 

 

Qualifications

You should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Formal culinary training and/or at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with diverse guests and associates
