Responsibilities

Our barista's primary responsibilities are sharing product knowledge and promoting the department's items while providing world-class service to our guests. This includes creating fresh-squeezed juices, whole-fruit smoothies, acai bowls and gourmet coffee beverages to order while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. In addition, the baristas will operate a cash register and occasionally ring up grocery items. 

 

Qualifications

You should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to memorize drink recipes
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
  • Must have sufficient mathematical skills to operate a cash register, provide proper change and correct errors
  • A positive attitude is essential!
