*Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.

Responsibilities

Our Loss Prevention Agent's primary responsibilities are protecting the assets and financial integrity of the store by conducting surveillance, writing reports, and apprehending and detaining violators of store policies and the law. They will be required to demonstrate sufficient self-defense skills and positive officer safety skills, as well as be able to apprehend and arrest shoplifters and potentially violent or combative subjects while remaining professional. 

Qualifications

You should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of circumstances
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Committed to ethical behavior
  • A positive attitude is essential
